The winemaker of Avantis Estate, Mr. Apostolos Mountrichas, after a 20 year winemaking career with recognition and hundreds of awards, decided to deal with the most important greek local grape variety, the Assyrtiko of Santorini. With respect to this great grape with the unique typical characteristics of the wines of the Island, he is resulting to a Santorini full with the unbelievable strength of its terroir, but with the differentation of another winemaking view.

Nose dominated by citrus fruits aromas (lemon, lime)
peach and hints of apricot framed by briny minerality.
The palate is full with dense structure, aromatic intesity of lemon blossom,
briny flavour and sharp acidity that acts refreshingly. Crispness in the aftertaste with a long finish.
Seafood, shells, fried or grilled fish, and all Aegean Archipelago delicacies.
